Eight participants responded "No", including one who responded "No, No, No, No, NO!" The following are the remaining responses:
- It is just going into effect and does not have a mechanism
- Enforcement is left to the individual departments, however compliance with section 508 standards is strongly encouraged and advocated for with department heads.
- If a student complains that he was not given reasonable assistants then the college's lawyer investigates the complaint.
- access problems with course content
- if something is not accessible -for example a faculty website- computer services contacts the individual and offers assistance in updating the site. If there is non-compliance the page is taken down.
- Yes - if a university website is found to be inaccessible, the web manager for that site is notified. If there is no attempt to work on accessibility, it can be pulled
- Yes. Web designers are notified if site is not accessible before it can be uploaded.
- yes, if not priority 1-then blocked from campus server after warning to fix
