The first of two tunnel boring machines (TBM) arrives after tunneling from the Roosevelt Station site. The construction crew nicknamed this machine “Brenda” for reasons that aren’t entirely clear. You can get more information from the official web site http://www.soundtransit.org/northgatelink.
