ACCTG 577 -- Research Paper in Professional Accounting (Mini-Thesis)

 

        This course is run as an independent study arrangement.  I am available to give you one-on-one assistance as and when you need it.  If you want to arrange an appointment with me to go over work or to discuss any issue or concern that arises as you develop your paper, please see the syllabus for my available times.

                  Draft of Research Paper:  I strongly recommend that you submit a draft of your paper.  Please submit it on or before Friday, May 7 (end of the 6th week of the quarter). 

                   Due Date of Final Paper:  Your paper is due on or before noon on Friday, May 28 (the end of the ninth week of the quarter).   See syllabus for more details.  Earlier submissions are welcomed!

          Please note that Foster Business School prefers use of the APA style.  However, any approved style included below will be acceptable.

            APA style.  There is comprehensive information at this site on references and manuscript presentation.  Please follow the instructions I have given in the project syllabus for the format of your paper.

            APA.org.  This is an official Web site for this style, so is a place for authoritative information.

            APA -- Electronic References.  This will help you with procedures for referencing electronic sources.
