Jim K's Hiking Website - Jim Kuresman is running an awesome hiking site full of trip reports, pics, and his always thorough narrative.

NW Avalanche Center - Up to date avalanche information for Washington State and Northern Oregon.

I-90 Road Conditions - Road conditions and convenient video cams for areas along Snoqualmie Pass.

King5 Weather - Local station weather for Washington State.

KOMOTV Doppler - Useful radar to keep track of rain conditions.

Webcams!

Webcam Site - Great site with assorted webcams of various places in Washington.

North Cascades Webcam - Video from centrally located spot in the North Cascades, the town of Newhalem.  Also weather data for that area.

Mt. Rainier Webcam - Video from Paradise near Mt. Rainier.

Olympic National Park - Video from Lake Crescent in the Olympics.

Olympic National Park Pt. 2 - Video from Hurrican Ridge in the Olympics.

Darrington Webcam - It's aimed straight at Whitehorse Mtn.

Cascade Volcanoes Webcams - Damn, this site has every webcam  you'll need!  From Canada clear down to Mexico. 

International Webcam - Video of some slightly well known peaks around the world.
