Reserving Space in the Media Services Lab

Anyone wishing to use the taping and/or viewing facilities in the Media Services Lab itself must make appointments in advance to do so. I would recommend at least 48 hours advance notice as a guideline. Giving us as much notice as you can helps us out tremendously with our scheduling. Short notice requests or drop-ins are done at your own risk and depend upon equipment/space availability and staff time. We are in and out of the office frequently on errands, meetings, etc. and just trying to catch us by dropping in can be frustrating. Because of this, making appointments ensures that we will be there for you when you arrive. Thanks.
