Digital Salon:
“Best of Show” receives a $25.00 cash award.
"First place" in each category receives $15.00 cash award.

Please send your digital files to Dan Hallett or bring on any portable media to registration by 9:00 am. This is your opportunity to showcase your recent images and photographic skills, and is always a highlight of our meetings to see what our group has been doing photographically lately. Dan will be compiling the images and creating the digital presentation, so it would be helpful if you send your image files to him in advance of the meeting. Otherwise, please allow time that morning to enter your images before the meeting starts at 9:00. Your files cannot be accepted after that time.

You may submit up to 3 images in any or all categories:

1) Fine Art
2) Natural Science
3) Photomicrography
4) Portraiture
5) Scientific/Medical

Images should be no smaller than 1024x768 ppi. Save as Photoshop JPEG
file, image quality 8 to 10. This should yield a file under 200K. Don't send him images larger than 1 mb. Mac users need to burn CDs as a PC compatible file format. Name your files by your last name, category you're entering, and the image title. Example: Hallett_fine art_City at Dawn"

Meeting attendees will vote for a winner in each of the 5 categories. Certificates and a $15.00 cash award will be awarded to each winner. The overall favorite, “Best of Show,” will receive a $25.00 cash award.

Infoshare:
Please bring your new ideas, techniques, tips and tricks you have learned that you would like to share with our group. Also, bring questions you have that others within our group may be able to answer. This will be great time of interacting and sharing knowledge with each other.

Dinner:
Dinner will be at the "Cayenne Bar and Grill" located in the Silver Cloud Hotel within walking distance from Swedish Hospital.
