OUR STORY

He said...

We first met at a Seattle coffee shop in July 2014. I really enjoyed our conversation and I asked to see her again afterwards. After a blueberry picking and subsequent Mt. Rainier hike, I knew Amanda was someone special. About a year later, Amanda moved in. In the months that followed, we discussed our future and decided to get married. We bought a ring, but I didn't give it to her right away and made her wait anxiously until the right time came.

In October 2015, we went on a trip to Hawaii. Before the trip, I coordinated with the hotel concierge to have rose petals laid around the bed in a heart with a dozen rozes and a bottle of champagne on the table on the second night of our stay. After an evening stroll around Lahaina and a luau dinner, we headed back to the hotel. As Amanda walked into the room, she wondered why there was a tray in the room, not noticing the other half of the room with the flowers and champagne. I waited patiently for her to turn around, then she realized what was happending and I went down on a knee and proposed to her...and the rest is history.

We first met at a Seattle coffee shop in July 2014. After a couple of dates, I found August kind, funny and smart. But he only ate meat, rice, noodles and bread. A year later, I moved in with him and I try to feed him more veggies and introduce him to a more balanced diet. We bought a beautiful engagemnt ring together, but August held onto the ring and did not propose right away. This made me quite anxious and sometimes I put CZ( August gave a nickname of my ring) on and dreamed about how he would propose and what our wedding would be like.

During our Hawaii trip in October, August finally poped up the question and asked me to marry him.....and the rest is history.
