Vegetarian Chili
- Ingredients:
- 1 bag frozen veggie ground round
- 1 large can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- minced garlic
- chili powder
- cumin
- salt
- pepper
- cilantro
Boil ground round and tomatoes in a saucepan for 10-15 minutes. Add spices to taste and boil covered until the spices permeate the mixture.
