Vegan Pumpkin Chai Latte

Ingredients:
2 chai tea bags
8 oz. hot water
8 oz. Silk pumpkin spice soymilk
Pumpkin pie spice (optional)

Brew up some strong chai by steeping the teabags in the hot water for several minutes. Meanwhile, warm the soymilk, then pour some of it into your cup (pouring tea into milk rather than milk into tea reduces curdling risk). Add the tea into the mug and top with a sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice. You can also top this with some frothed soy milk if you're feeling fancy.
