Tofu Salad
- Ingredients:
- 1 head white cabbage, shredded
- 1 bag frozen edamame, boiled
- 2-3 cups shredded carrots
- 1-2 pkgs. sesame style baked tofu, cubed
- Soba noodles
- Litehouse fat free sesame ginger dressing
In a bowl, layer the soba noodles, followed by the cabbage. Sprinkle on handfuls of the other ingredients.
Yield: 4-6 salads
