Stuffed Creamy Portabella Mushrooms

Ingredients:
1/2 c. real butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. white wine
1/2 tsp. powdered garlic
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
3 big portabella mushrooms
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/3-1/2 pkg. Quorn chik'n tenders
1/4 c. breadcrumbs
salt and pepper

In a large saucepan melt together butter, cream cheese and white wine. Stir constantly until it thickens; take off heat once ingredients are combined. Add powdered garlic and crushed red pepper.
Remove mushroom stems and chop them.
Separately, sauté onion and chopped garlic in olive oil until translucent. Add chick'n and chopped mushroom stems and let cook for about 5 minutes.
Add creamy sauce to the chick'n and adjust seasoning.
Fill mushrooms caps and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and broil for 6-9 minutes or until golden brown.
