Salty and Sweet Dark Chocolate Covered Marcona Almonds

Ingredients:
8 oz marcona almonds, roasted and salted
1/2 lb dark chocolate, shaved
3 tsp raw sugar
1 tsp fleur de sel

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Mix sugar and fleur de sel in a small bowl and set aside.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler. Add the almonds and stir to coat.
Dump the chocolate almonds onto a foil lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with the sugar and salt mixture (you may not need all of the sugar and salt mixture).
Refrigerate 2 hours before serving to allow the chocolate to set.
