Peach/Blackberry Cobbler
- Ingredients:
- 2 large cans peaches (or blackberries)
- 1 T. tapioca
- 1/4 C. sugar (optional--you may need the sugar with blackberries if they are in unsweetened syrup)
- 1 box spice cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 3 T. white Karo syrup
Combine first three ingredients in a baking dish. Sprinkle spice cake mix on top (it ususally doesn't take all of it). Melt 1 stick of butter and mix with 3 T. white Karo syrup. Pour evenly over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
