Holiday Lizzies

Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. bourbon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour, separated
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 lb. (2 1/2 c.) pecans, chopped
1/2 lb. candied cherries, chopped
1/2 lb. candied pineapple, chopped

Cream sugar, butter, and eggs. Add bourbon, salt, 3/4 c. flour, baking soda, and milk. Set aside. Mix in a separate bowl: nuts, pineapple, cherries, and 3/4 c. flour. Add to first mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Yields 100 cookies.
