Chicken, Shells, and Spinach Casserole

Ingredients:
1 pkg. Quorn chik'n tenders, sauteed until heated through
2 pkgs. frozen spinach, thawed
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c. breadcrumbs
1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 onion, diced
1 head garlic, minced
1 box pasta shells or rotini, cooked al dente

Pre-heat oven to 420. Saute onion and garlic until translucent. Add spinach and cook until all liquid has evaporated. Mix chicken, pasta, spinach, sour cream, mayo, mozzarella, and season to taste with salt & pepper. Pour into ovenproof casserole dish. Mix Parmesan and breadcrumbs and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 25-30 minutes.
