Cherry Coconut Chiller
Slightly modified from Daily Bites.- Ingredients:
- 1 c. frozen cherries
- 1/2 c. frozen beets
- 1/2 c. canned coconut milk (full fat)
- 2 Tbsp. real maple syrup
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth. Add a little water if necessary. Serve immediately.
Makes 1 large glass.
