BBQ Chik'n Pizza

Ingredients:
Frozen pizza dough, thawed
1/3 pkg. Quorn chik'n tenders
Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar BBQ Sauce
Shredded mozzarella
Smoked gouda
1/2 red onion

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees (or whatever temperature your dough package recommends). Warm the frozen chik'n tenders in the microwave until they are no longer frozen. Marinate the chik'n tenders in enough BBQ sauce to coat them (+/- 1/3 c.) for around 10 minutes. While those are marinating, slice half a red onion (less if you don't like a lot of onion) and grate around 1/3-1/2 c. smoked gouda. Grease the pan with a bit of olive oil and stretch out your pizza dough. Top with BBQ sauce, grated mozzarella, smoked gouda, red onion slices, and marinated chik'n tenders. Bake for 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the dough is cooked and slightly brown around the edges.
