Apple, Beet, and Ginger Smoothie
- Ingredients:
- 1 beet, boiled ~15 minutes, peeled, and chopped
- 1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
- 2-3 inches of ginger, peeled and sliced
- 1 lemon
- A handful of greens
- A couple glugs of coconut water
- A few ice cubes
Combine beet, apple, ginger, juice of 1 lemon, greens, coconut water, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a lemon wedge.
