Create a Links Page - Using Your Page
To use your links page to revisit web sites with worthwhile information, start Internet Explorer. Next, choose the File menu and choose Open.
Next click on the Browse button. This will allow you to navigate to where your links page has been saved.
After clicking on the Browse button, you can navigate to the place where you saved your links page.
Open the web page. The links will be "live" and will work. This page is not "on the Internet", it is saved on your computer. But, the links on the page take you to the Internet. So, the links won't work if you are not connected to the Internet.
