Tournament Player Statistics - Preferences Tab

Use this tab to filter the data on the rest of the tabs. It will be faster to maneuver through the other tabs if you set a filter here.

  • Specific Date – will display tournaments for just the specific date entered.

  • Since A Date – will display all data for tournaments played on and after a specific date.

Poker Sites Section

Place a check next to the sites that you want to use as a filter, you may select more than one. If none are selected, all sites will be used.

Use Player Filter Section

Place a check in this box if you want to enter some specific player filters.

  • Player Icon - select an icon from the list to only show those players you have defined with that icon.
  • At Least ___ Tournaments Played - if you only want to show players if they have played a certain number of tournaments, enter that number here.
  • Don't show players unless I have loaded hand histories for them... - this is mostly for Stars players since loading tournament summaries from their multi-table tournaments will add a large number of players to your database that you have never played a hand against. Checking this column will prevent all those players from displaying unless you have played a hand against them. Checking this box may slow down the initial retrieval of the player names that populate the player list.

Tournament Type Section

  • Table - allows you to select all types, Sit & Go, Heads Up and Multi-table tournaments.
  • Limit/No-Limit/Pot-Limit check boxes - select none (for all), one or more if you want to filter on the tournament type.
  • Between ___ AND ___ Entrants - if you want to see only tournaments with a certain number of entrants, enter the numbers here.

When This Window First Opens Section

It is recommended that you use this filter or the Tournament Dates filter to speed the initial retrieval of the window. If all data is retrieved each time the window opens it could take a while once you have a lot of hands loaded into the database. Chances are you are just going to want to view the data for a certain tournament anyway so using the Today or Yesterday filter will allow you to get to the data you want to see much faster.

To save these preferences you must select Save from the menu or toolbar.

  • Automatically display my stats, my player id is – select your player id from this dropdown list and each time the Ring Game Player Statistics window opens your data will be retrieved and displayed first. This will save you time searching for your name each time you open the window.

  • The first tab I want to view is – if you don’t want the General Info. tab to be the first one you see when the window opens, you can select the tab you want to display first here.

  • Display tournaments that were played – select either Yesterday or Today from the drop-down list. When this option is selected, each time the window opens it will automatically retrieve the data for tournaments played on the current date (if Today is selected) or one day prior to the current date (if Yesterday is selected).
