What are Climate Lunches?

Climate Lunch is a forum that Scott holds once a month with a diverse group of approximately 12-15 staff members from across the division.

The purpose of Climate Lunches are:

  • To provide a forum for Scott/AVP/UW Technology Services to get to know all of the UW Technology Services staff members
  • An opportunity for all participants to focus on old and new relationships
  • Provide a safe gathering in which to share ideas and provide explanations
  • Comments will remain anonymous; participants can feel free to share them when they return to workgroups but are asked to refrain from attributing comments to specific individuals

The plan is to then capture collective themes and publish a compilation of issues for UW Technology Services Directors to use as a driver to change and/or to celebrate successes.
