My work at the University of Washington has focused on 3D
ultrasound imaging using a magnetic tracking system. I've
grouped the work according to application:
- Cardiac: heart volume and
shape
- Orthopaedic: rotator cuff
tendons of the shoulder
- Vascular: lower-limb vein
grafts, abdominal aortic aneurysms, tumor vascularity
