UW NetIDs with Email Forwarding

These graphs are produced by extracting user data from the UW IT email forwarding LDAP service. Note that we are looking at "Accounts" here, any UW NetID with forwarding set. That includes more than 'people' as there are many Shared Accounts, and Mailman NetIDs included.
