{"id":32067,"date":"2024-03-25T10:08:52","date_gmt":"2024-03-25T17:08:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sop.washington.edu\/?p=32067"},"modified":"2024-03-27T06:41:25","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T13:41:25","slug":"sop-welcomes-new-cao-daniel-webb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staff.washington.edu\/twentzel\/wordpress\/sop-welcomes-new-cao-daniel-webb\/","title":{"rendered":"SOP Welcomes New CAO, Daniel Webb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following an extensive nationwide search, the UW School of Pharmacy is thrilled to announce the appointment of <strong>Daniel Webb<\/strong> as our new Chief Advancement Officer (CAO).<\/p>\n<p>In this role, Daniel will serve as the school\u2019s principal fundraiser, provide strategic fundraising leadership, and oversee the development and marketing and communications teams.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel returns to the UW, having previously served in the College of the Environment between 2012 and 2019, where he closed more than $15 million in current and planned gifts from environment-focused donors.<\/p>\n<p>Daniel most recently worked at City Year Seattle as managing director of development. In this role, he led a dynamic development and communications team and held a hybrid role with City Year\u2019s national development team, providing strategy support to the organization\u2019s eight largest fundraising markets.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to welcoming to Daniel, we would like to express our heartfelt appreciation to <strong>Anne Fitzmaurice Adams<\/strong> for her dedicated service as Pharmacy&#8217;s Interim CAO over the past year.
