Plein Center postdoctoral fellow alumna, Laura Hart<\/strong>, PharmD, MS, along with Plein Center Director, Shelly Gray<\/strong>, Pharm D, MS, and Plein Center Assistant Director, Zach Marcum<\/strong>, PharmD, PhD, published a systematic review\u00a0in the Journal of the American Geriatrics Society to summarize literature on whether fall risk-increasing drug use is reduced following a fall-related healthcare episode in older adults. In this paper, they found no reduction in overall fall risk-increasing drug use following fall-related healthcare encounters, highlighting an area for improved care.
