As a result, the School of Pharmacy generally cannot admit all qualified applicants. Admission offers are contingent upon satisfactory completion of all prerequisites, eligibility to become licensed as a Washington State pharmacy intern (and maintain that license), and satisfactory results on the Criminal Background Check and Conviction\/Criminal History Information Form. Involvement in activities such as leadership roles, community service, and professional organizations can demonstrate the qualities of the Husky Pharmacist and provide a broader perspective on healthcare.
