As such, the Plein Center will support travel to offset partial expenses to attend professional meetings to present research in older adults and aging-related topics <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW229763548 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW229763548 BCX0\">. Students are expected to explore travel support from other sources including: 1) funds from OPPE (PharmD only), 2) research programs from which the abstract was generated, and\/or 3) conference specific student travel funds.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"TextRun MacChromeBold SCXW156566254 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW156566254 BCX0\">Student Funding Request Form<\/span><\/span><span class=\"EOP SCXW156566254 BCX0\" data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">The Plein Center will support travel awards per year (up to $500) to support students. Review the policies and guidelines below and then submit a\u202f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.office.com\/pages\/responsepage.aspx?id=W9229i_wGkSZoBYqxQYL0t7SrpwhhkVPvPyZOsey3VNUMDhJNzVFRjg3SkwwMjU1UTU0QjZVUFdFMi4u\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Funding Request Form<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u202fby the relevant deadline of the conference.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335557856&quot;:16777215,&quot;335559739&quot;:240}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span data-contrast=\"none\">Apply Early<\/span><\/b><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"none\">Funding is limited to conference registration and travel expenses defined by the\u202f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/finance.uw.edu\/travel\/policyindex\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">UW Travel Guidelines<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">. Funding is available on a first-come basis and may become exhausted mid-year if there is a heavy demand for conference travel support earlier in the year.
