Future pharmacists will have ample opportunities to provide care to older adults and will play an important role in <strong>optimizing medication management<\/strong> and <strong>improving overall health outcomes<\/strong> for older adults.<\/p>\n<p>The Plein Certificate in Geriatric Pharmacy is an opportunity designed for PharmD students to complete during their program and aims to prepare student pharmacists to become <strong>specialists in geriatrics<\/strong> to meet the needs of older adults in all practice settings.
