Since the beginning of the curricular innovation process, our approach has been open, collaborative, ![\"Curricular](\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/Nov-1-UWSOP-Faculty-Retreat-2-300x165.jpg\")
and inclusive. We have taken deliberate steps to learn from colleagues in other schools of pharmacy, collaborated with practitioners from our community and with our partner institutions, listened carefully to our students through special focus groups, and engaged all of the UW School of Pharmacy faculty and staff involved in the education of pharmacists.<\/p>\n
The Curricular Innovation Guidance Team – a multidisciplinary group of experts from within and outside the School – has led the initiative, and this body is tasked with guiding the process of Curricular Innovation.<\/p>\n
