• Advise Department Chair and other faculty leadership on University policy and procedures
• Implemented multiple process improvements including, electronic student appointment check in (and related
database tracking), transparency to students on departmental academic policies and developed an internal staff
manual to support training and managing staff expectations
• Increased efficiency through transition from paper to electronic approvals, directing the storing and sharing of
appropriate files between staff with FERPA compliant methods as well as aligning office procedures with
