When This Window First Opens Section

It is recommended that you use this filter or the Session Dates filter to speed the initial retrieval of the window. If all data is retrieved each time the window opens it could take a while once you have a lot of hands loaded into the database. Chances are you are just going to want to view the data for a certain session anyway so using the Today or Yesterday filter will allow you to get to the data you want to see much faster.

To save these preferences you must select Save from the menu or toolbar.

  • Automatically display my stats, my player id is – select your player id from this dropdown list and each time the Ring Game Player Statistics window opens your data will be retrieved and displayed first. This will save you time searching for your name each time you open the window.

  • The first tab I want to view is – if you don’t want the General Info. tab to be the first one you see when the window opens, you can select the tab you want to display first here.

  • Display games that were played – select either Yesterday or Today from the drop-down list. When this option is selected, each time the window opens it will automatically retrieve the data for games played on the current date (if Today is selected) or one day prior to the current date (if Yesterday is selected).

Added For Version 2.01.04 - No/Pot-Limit Level Fix button at the bottom right corner of the Preferences tab...

When Poker Tracker imports No-Limit or Pot-Limit hand histories, it includes the big blind amount in the description for the limit. For example, if you are playing at a Paradise $100 max buy-in NL table, the big blind amount is $1. So the limit would read "No-Limit ($1)". However, there are times when the player posting the big blind doesn't have enough money left to pay the entire big blind amount. Say in this example, the player only had $0.65 left - this is the amount that they would be allowed to post and would be considered all-in. However, Poker Tracker would create another limit called "No-Limit ($0.65)" because of this.

To correct these situations, click the No/Pot-Limit Level Fix button.

A window will open where you should select the level to change (you would select "No-Limit ($0.65)" in this example) and the correct level to change it to ("No-Limit ($1)" in this example) from the dropdown lists. Click the OK button to make change take affect.
