go to 'data' subdirectory 

open 'soc.udl' in notepad

substitute the location of the desired database for the one shown

save the changes to the file

if there is no pre-existing database, move 'SocHeaders.mdb' from the 'data' subdirectory into the 'coder' directory and use that
