Our
new Model 800 convection gauge provides a convenient, low-cost means
of monitoring and controlling pressures from atmosphere down to 1
mTorr. This wide-range instrument features an easy-to-read LED
display and linear output signals that produce accurate readings at
any pressure. For further accuracy, an internal temperature
compensator eliminates the errors due to ambient temperature changes
common to other convection gauges. The unit's rugged stainless steel
gauge tube is available with a variety of standard terminations (see
ordering table below). Its platinum alloy filament operates below
125C deg., preventing pump oil carbonization, and resisting effects of
mercury and fluorine vapors.
A 1/4 DIN enclosure suitable for
panel or benchtop mounting houses the gauge control. We supply
indicators and controllers complete with a 6-ft. power cord, 10-ft.
sensor cable, mounting hardware and instruction manual. Gauge tubes
are sold separately.
