The Miller Library and me ...
- First visit to the Miller Library as a user: Autumn 1997 for a horticulture class assignment.
- First official relationship with the library as a volunteer: Autumn 1999; shelved books, covered the desk, and other duties as assigned.
- First hired as a temporary technician: Winter 2000; reference, serials management and Web maintenance.
- Hired as a permanent library technician II: September 25, 2000; more reference, serials and Web development, plus database development, Seattle Times column and user education programs.
- Hired as a permanent Information Technology Librarian:Winter 2006; Even more Web and database development, and so much more.
