My husband Chris and I purchased this shack on Halloween 2001. It satisfied five essential criteria: Walking distance to a good business district, sunny yard, three bedrooms, cat-friendly street and in our (low) price range. The list of projects goes on and on, but this Ballard neighborhood is up and coming for sure!
