Bar chart showing average "pass" rate on each critereon by cluster group. Neither cluster group was especially high on any criteria. The highest was Group 1 whose memeber countries received pass ratings on just over 50% of rules in the 'HTML standards' category. Group 1 was significantly higher than Group 2 on all five accessibility criteria. The least accessible category was Scripting, which had a pass rate lower than 5% for Group 1, and 0 for Group 2.
