Does your search tool represent results in some ranked fashion?
Dialog ranks results chronologically with the newest records place first. Target ranks results according to an algorithm based on occurrence and proximity. Does your search tool rank results according to relevance (i.e., the most relevant records first)?
If you spy a record among the results that is "pure gold", does your web tool permit you to use this record as the input to a search command?
Is there a "find more like this" command that uses a result record as the query for a subsequent command?
