Biography A native of up-state New York, I attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio where I graduated in 2001 with a B.A. and an M.A. in Political Science. After graduation, I served for three years as an Aide to a State Senator in the Ohio State Senate, an opportunity made possible by the Ohio Legislative Commission's Internship program. In 2005, I returned to graduate school at the University of Washington. Currently in my sixth year of study, I live in Seattle Washington with my partner, Mike, and our two Golden Retrievers, Bella and Juneau. Bella with her bounty.
