Building trunk-recorder on NetBSD

Prerequisites: NetBSD installation, including X11 and libraries and configured pkgin

Install dependencies

sh``` pkgin install git cmake osmo-sdr gr-osmosdr gnuradio-uhd boost

## Fetch and build trunk-recorder

sh```
git clone https://github.com/TrunkRecorder/trunk-recorder.git
cd trunk-recorder
mkdir build && cd build
cmake ..
make -j4
doas make install
