This page is set aside to provide inspiration for scooterists who can't seem to find the time to finish that custom or restored scoot.
There is nothing better than taking a heap of rusted scrap metal and restoring or customizing it to a work of art. The amount of work that goes into the resoration of a vintage scooter demands reward.

"My name is Zanza and I live in Switzerland. I'm thirty years old and work as a graphic artist on MacIntosh computer. I do a lot of flyers and posters for rock, techno and hardcore music events. I live with a grrrl named Sylvia and we have a dog and two cats.
"We live in Vevey on Lake Geneva in the French part of Switzerland . Vevey is just beside Montreux (which hosts the famous Jazz Festival). Because Switzerland is just beside Italy, my Italian friend Popolino and I will plan some expeditions into Italy to find rare scoots. Even in Italy it's hard to find rare models for reasonable prices. Because of the Jubilee Festival in the Spring, scooter prices are much higher.
"I bought this Vespa two months ago and it was in so good shape/looking that we decide just to rejuvenate it instead of complete restoration (seen below)."
This page exists to feature the scooters and the people that performed the hard work to produce a unique scooter. If you (or someone you know) has restored or customized a scooter, please e-mail me and perhaps we can feature you and your work on this page.
