Accessible Technology collaborates with other University of Washington units to ensure the availability of assistive technology for UW students, faculty, and staff and consult on the development of accessible websites and other software; and, with funding from a variety of sources, conducts regional, national, and international projects to increase the success of individuals with disabilities in postsecondary education and careers using technology as an empowering tool for UW faculty, students, and staff and related outreach projects and programs.
