DATA analysis via MRUI...

mrui is a totally groovy NMR peak fitting method provided by a whole bunch of folks over in Europe.  basically, we read in the data, assign some peaks to fit, assign some constraints, and let varpro or amares optimise the fit between the data and the model of the time domain fid's.  this process is broken down into steps:

• data conversion
• programme setup
• peak selection
• constraint adjustment:  amares or varpro
• fit-o-rama
