Guiding Principles
In 1987, AAHE published an article titled
"Seven Principles of Good Practice in Undergraduate Education."
The article is one of a number of such guidelines available
that can be used to develop ideas on how to make effective
use of technology in supporting teaching and learning.
Good Practice...
- Encourages Contacts Between Students and Faculty
- Develops Reciprocity and Cooperation Among Students
- Uses Active Learning Techniques
- Gives Prompt Feedback
- Emphasizes Time on Task
- Communicates High Expectations
