Include New Audiences
Educational technologies can be used to extend
a program to new audiences who may not be interested
in or able to participate in conventional educational
formats.

for those who can attend all the lectures by
allowing them to prepare more effectively and
by supporting review and study.
- Online class notes help those not able to attend
every lecture because of work or family commitments.
- Educational tools developed for one venue (i.e.,
on-campus lectures) can be used in other venues (distance
education, refresher courses, etc.),
