Chamber Dance Company Celebrates Its 20th Season

Twenty years snapshots of history can be both momentous and minimal depending upon your perspective or point of view. For the Chamber Dance Company at the University of Washington, the opportunity to reflect on the steadfast nature of the company's mission and focus against the reality of its ever-changing corps of dancers and choreographers is the perfect time to remind ourselves why this company and this mission are as crucial as ever.

The Chamber Dance Company's 20th concert opens Thursday, October 9 and runs through Sunday, October 12. Performances are at 7:30pm Thursday through Saturday and at 2:00pm on Sunday at Meany Hall for the Performing Arts. Chamber Dance Company: The University of Washington's professional resident dance company, presents a concert featuring international works of historical and artistic significance. Autumn Quarter. October 9-12, 2008. Meany Theatre.

Dance Majors Concert: Presents new works by Dance Program seniors, performed by undergraduate students. Winter Quarter. March 5-8, 2009 Meany Studio Theatre

M.F.A/Faculty Dance Concert: This concert features original works by Dance Program graduate students in graduate students, performed by undergraduate students. Spring Quarter. May 20-24, 2009. Meany Studio Theatre
