Renewing Reserve Lists

To renew a reserve list, the course record needs to be edited in Millennium.

The schedule line numbers need to be updated from the current quarter to the next quarter.

The ending date in the course record needs to be updated to the ending date of the next quarter.

The note field that indicates the quarter needs to be updated from the current quarter to the next quarter. 

If you are renewing a list that has electronic reserves, you will need to update the electronic reserves record as well as the record in Millennium.  Update the quarter on the drop down menu.  Also update the course ending date.  

There may be other changes that need to be made.  Instructors may change from quarter to quarter, the loan period may change, or some books may be taken off reserve.
