The Doug Harryman Fund (our memory goes out to Doug) supports my time.
From my perspective, e could use a sponsor or two. The service Dr. Matsen
provides in clinic generates the revenue for our research into how we
might better-help patients with shoulder and elbow problems.
The services I provide are: human subjects management, data analysis,
and general support for the Advanced Clinic Associates (ACE's).
Sponsors are solicited to provide research funds to study problems of
common interest, contract funds for particular work, and gifts (of
course) to keep the team together.
