vasc. insufficiency or annular pancreas; common with
Down's Sd.; diff anatomic forms; dx by bile-stained
vomiting and "double-bubble sign" on AXR (gas
in stomach and duodenum & none beyond)--*CAN STILL
PASS STOOL (MEC) AFTER BIRTH*
Ileal atresia--Tx with "Thomas Taper"
