Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan is the traditional Korean martial art founded by Kwan Jang Nim Hwang Kee 黃琦 (1914-2002) in 1945. Among its distinctive characteristics are challenging kicks, scientific application of hip usage, and forms inspired by the late 18th century Korean military arts manual Moo Yei Do Bo Tong Ji 武藝圖譜通志.

Instruction is given by Kyo Sa Seaver Milnor, 3rd dan, who has recently returned to Seattle after two years in China. Mr. Milnor is a student of Sa Bom Nim Curt McCauley, 5th dan. Training times and locations vary each quarter. Students wishing to test for rank advancement must be members in good standing with the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation, Inc.
