UW Mailing Label Settings: For the first timers to this page a UW Mailing label mentioned here is 6"x3.75" sticky backed mailing label designed to show the handling information and addresses. I know we don't like typing these things and believe it or not, ripped into individual labels they print right through on your laser printer! (No more questions of spacing, alignment, or dealing with some ugly typewriter font.) Here are some methods to use these troublesome labels on your computer and when it comes time to print place the label in the center of the printer feeder as you would an envelope. Want to create a Word document that places both the return and mailing addresses? The draw to this is that multiple addresses are not only printed at once, but multiple addresses can be used by re-merging the document. The trick is that while I can provide a document in Word 97 to use as an example you need to set up the merge for your own use.You can avoid using Word completely by selecting the PDF File version. It doesn't hold as many options, but if you don't have a working version of Word this form will allow you to type and print from your Adobe Acrobat Reader plug-in. Sometimes simplicity is the best design.Want to use Words Address Label function to quickly address a label? Here are the settings to create a custom label for either the Mailing or Return Address. As an added extra labels in Word can print the Post Office routing bar code decreasing the time it takes your letter to reach its destination.UW Label - Mailing Address:
